Stone Age WB Bonding Surfacer is a specially formulated modified waterborne epoxy ester sealer / surfacer designed for use on porous and some non-porous concrete substrates, such as garage and carport floors. It reinforces and penetrates the surface, thus promoting adhesion characteristics and providing a more compatible surface for the application of various latex and solvent-based floor coatings.
